yng - the CS has a Custom 5 in the bridge and two of the STK S1N pickups.
Here's a new clip. I don't think the first A/B test is 100% accurate because the Pro-Mod had ancient, dull strings on it while the CS has snappy new ones..so it unfairly made the Custom 5 sound bright compared to the Super Distortion sounding dull. Now everything is even, both guitars are sporting new strings and I played the same cheesy riff. I also cranked the gain up for a thicker tone. To my ears, there's not much difference, not enough to make me think I want to change anything - I like both!
