Not usually much of a poster, just read every topic, but figured someone might wanna see this. Wasn't into the 2 standard color options for the ESP Horizon NT-II here in the US (Trans Blue or Brown Burst) so I talked them into sending me a Trans Black model from the Japanese market. Took a while to arrive, but it's one sweet axe. Pics are terrible, etc.

Nice, i always liked the trans black better than the other colors. Enjoy your new guitar.

I think nick at piney hills music got one of the trans black for a customer last year, he can sometimes get stuff from the japanese market, i ordered another white ninja v from him coupe years ago and at the time we couldnt get them in the usa.

I love my NT-II... Beautiful playing ax. Good job on getting the trans black. FWIW I swapped out to Painkillers in mine and it's my go to 'metal' guitar. Plays like silk...

I just went down to my local mom n pop ESP dealer and asked them to email ESP about sending me one in black. Just a small store that usually caries LTD, maybe 1 ESP at a time. Any dealer should be able to get you one judging from my experience. It was slightly more than the usual NT-II price, like $200ish more.
