I've been on the hunt for another strat for a minute or two. I sort of have a love hate relationship with them. I do feel like it is a useful tone in the toolbox to have. At any rate, the Mike McCready strat caught my eye, so I decided to pick one up. I'm digging the guitar so far. I will be modding the lower tone pot to the bridge pickup on the first string change- as that is how I prefer to have it set up. I will say that Sweetwater did a great job with the setup on this one. Anyway... here it is through a Friedman Runt 50.
