NGD - Ibanez Jem

My first Jem and it's a Woody!! I fell in love with this model since I first saw it. I've read a lot of mixed reviews, seems some either love it or hate it. And it being a "Premium" model gets it some flack, but I absolutely love it. I've been keeping an eye out for one for a while and came across a great deal on Reverb that I just couldn't pass up. It was only 3 months old and in mint shape. Need to replace strings and do my own setup, install a tremol-no, but that's to be expected. Plays great, definitely darker than my other guitars.

Nice!! I love the wood finish and the almost steampunk vibe. After you get it set up and get used to it for a while, please post a review. I'd love to hear what you think after putting it through its paces. This is one of only a handful of Ibanez that've caught my eye recently. I used to play Ibanez RGs and a Destroyer, but gave them up years ago when I went through a strictly no-whammy-bar-ever-again phase.
