Thats hard to say because I've been playing my Charvels, this neck feels a little wider than the Charvels.NeubyWanKaneuby":7o5o70tu said:gbsmusic":7o5o70tu said:After playing this guitar, it's very different from the other Jems. How different is the neck? I have an FP and an FP2, but I've been thinking about one of these.

I've never had, but always wanted a JEM and I really like this one. There's only a couple, but the youtube reviews look and sound great. Every time I start to think I'm going to pull the trigger on one, I fall back into thinking it's a Premium model made in Indonesia. I know that's just my own mental thing, but I feel like if I'm going to drop $1600, I might as well go on and pay more and get a different jem made in Japan. But I do like this look and it looks like it plays great.

Ive played it through a few different amps now. I LOVE this guitar. The pickups are incredible, 9.4 which is lower than the Evolutions. It stays in tune perfectly. Frets are great no sharp edges. For me I really dont care where the guitar is made as long as its made right. They hit this one out of the park!!!!
