I don't see many detail pics of recent Navigators (this one is 2017), so here we go.
Quartersawn neck
Thin binding in the cutaway
Beautiful fret end binding (follows the fret crown perfectly) and nice, tight inlay along the sharp-cornered trapizoids
Neck tenon:
Pics around the bridge
Guitar set up and plays like a dream. Weight seems around 8 to 9 pounds. Not a boat anchor at all. Neck is on the slim side, too. I had a N-LP-CTM from the early 2000s that must have weighed every bit of 10 lbs and had an enormous neck. This guitar and my two '21 N-LP-CTMs have much more manageable necks and weights.
I decided to do a NGD for this one (rather than either of the CTMs) because you can see a bit more of the guitar instead of just glossy black.
The finish on these is really nice too. Almost seems to glow.
