So I'm in the middle of a build cause I decided being in 2 bands who both play 2 different tunings than each other would be fun and seeing as all my guitars are Floyd equipped I needed something else. So on top of that I decided I should have at least one non locking guitar in the arsenal in case of an emergency... Cue my new guitar!
1982-1987 Burny Les Paul Custom black beauty with correct split diamond headstock. Got it straight from a guy selling it from Japan and he shipped it over in a Burny case.
First impressions are pretty good, the pickups sound good, frets feel good, 50's style neck feels great, it's heavier without being too heavy (I'd say about 9 lbs) and the only thing I'd see needing to be done to it is replacing knobs, pots, tuners and trying to find the cause of this feedback squeal I can't manage by muting the strings with my forearm... But I'm happy with it!
