So, Im a sucker for green and blue guitars. I recently liquidated a few non essential guitars with the intention of adding a 7 string. I started looking for a J Custom since I had a few of the 6's that I really liked and this popped up. I couldn't pass it up. A green J custom without the vine!
Funny story, Guy shipped it usps from Jersey on tuesday...to RI. Fedex, UPS would have been overnight. Thursday shows out for delivery so I have the gf stay home all day. After refreshing the tracking all day we check at 5:30 and it says attempt made no one home! Im furious and check the cameras and find out they never came. Called the main office, explained the situation and was pretty mad. So they say they'll hold for pick up for me on friday to avoid the same situation. I send the gf to the post office at 11am on friday, no package to be found...Im becoming more agitated. They think it might be out for delivery again....Finally at 5pm the gf calls me and says the mail lady delivered it. She had her supervisor with her and explained she had no one to help her the previous day and admitted she never even made the attempt....fuck usps,get your shit together. I was just worried that the thing was in a mail truck on the 2 hottest record breaking days in RI for may in like 50 years.
Anyways, turned out good and this thing is pretty amazing. Its pretty much in new condition and came with all the case candy etc etc. Its a nice hold me over until my custom Anderson comes in july
