Fender didn't start doing the "US+8 digits" serial numbers until 2010...
I'd look for more identifying features, as that isn't a Highway1. Those were 22 frets with the 70s logo if they used the 70s headstock.

It's a 2020 model. From what I can deduce anyway. The US started in 2010 with US10xxxxxx. US20xxxxxx = 2020. This has US20093531 as it's #.
I aligned the neck with the body (the strings were off a little) and set the intonation last night. It's in desperate need of a fret leveling. Gibson comes out of the factory better with their plekked finger boards IMO.
