Scored this on Craigslist the other day, and I have to say, what a phenomenal example of an under rated guitar! The build quality is top notch and easily on par with Suhr, Fender USA, Charvel, or any other super strat maker out there. The fret job is out of this world! These guitars were made when Grover Jackson was head of the Washburn custom shop. He brought in a lot of the workers from the Ontario Jackson custom shop and workers from Hamer. Easily the best purchase I have made in a while!

Always loved that colour in a quilt top.
How heavy is it?

Reminds me of the quilt (rare guitar) that Lynched played a lot. Less the Lynch price tag. Nice score.

evh0u812- Its REALLY solid. I don't have a scale around but I would guess upwards of 10-12 pounds.

1meanplexi - Literally just saw an instructional video the other day with him playing that guitar. Had some major gas for something similar and this thing pops up on Craigslist the very next day and looks pretty close lol. Luck at it's finest!

Rezamatix- The whole series is called the Mercury line or MG guitars. This particular one is an MG 120 with a Floyd special ordered as apposed to a Wilkinson trem. They can be had for 750 and below. Pretty huge value. This one may possibly be worth more because it looks to be a special order, but I don't think I'll be selling it any time soon lol. Here is some info on the line http://www.vintagewashburn.com/Electric ... ctric.html
