Only got to play it for a few hours last night, and at 2am i just had to put it down to get some sleep, but very happy with it so far, surprised how resonant it sounds compared to my other guitars, if it's down to the pickups (Rio grande Texas special + BBQ) or simply the wood combination (black korina/maple top) , will do a side by side through the VHT later today to see the difference a bit more, the wood grain is really beautiful , especially on the back, it's almost a shame there's a quilted top lol

big thanks to Zaman for the deal - real happy with it

Cool, I didn't know they even did that, was that extra $? I agree, that site is addictive. Love me some tobacco burst korina!

I didnt either, please elaborate!!! I love warmoth but its hit or miss; some guitars sound great and some just dont and the pot luck thing is unsettling....

I just had another look through my mail with Zaman, i got it wrong actually as he got it off a builder some time ago (whether or not they worked at warmoth or not is another thing) so you can ignore the previous post

if he chimes in he can probably elaborate

i had a look at the warmoth site they don't offer that service from what i can see, and it'd inevitably cost a lot more if they did
