NGD x 3: Went on a Les Paul Rampage today...

Warning: This post is a particularly geeky, guitar gear post. And it’s also kind of obnoxious because I’m basically going to brag for a minute. So…be forewarned!

but man I love me a Les Paul. Picked up 3 Gibson Les Pauls for the arsenal today. One here and two on TGP.

And Last in line for today...

one of a kind relic’d 57.

This guitar features the period correct waffle back tuners ( not reissues ) w/ uncle Lou's knobs, original vintage Gibson pickup covers, the correct width inlays on the upper frets, aged bridge, tailpiece, top hat knobs and truss rod cover.
Pickups are Voodoos in the neck and bridge, and a Duncan Seth lover in the middle. The pots are upgraded and include vintage caps. A bone nut was installed. Original mahogany Les Pauls were studied and the weather checking was carefully duplicated. Displayed at a vintage guitar show and everyone swore it was legit original. Supposed to sound unreal!
