What I've got in the classifieds IS in fact NIB directly from a dealer. It was dealer overstock. Never been plugged-into or used. It's in my possession and for sale, NEW IN BOX. I don't sell very many things here, and I don't think I've ever posted something as "NIB" (unless I've forgotten about it and it WAS new in box).

I've bought pickups then had a project fall through where I never opened them. I would list them NIB and don't really see any issue with that. The actual pickup is really new and in the box.

I disagree. Warranty doesn't establish whether or not something is new.

How is it new if there is no warranty or support from the manufacturer. Once it's been purchased, it is not new to a 3rd party.

Agreed. RT lost a valuable member when Reza left. I found his opinion on gear to be pretty spot on 99% of the time. I could care less what someone on these forums has to say about anything other than guitar equipment. Reza used unprovoked, colorful and juvenile words towards me in the past for no good reason but I could care less. I log into RT for one reason.

I could care less what someone on these forums has to say about anything other than guitar equipment. Reza used unprovoked, colorful and juvenile words towards me in the past for no good reason but I could care less. I log into RT for one reason.

RT has gone to shit and I'm not 100% sure why - other than a lot of fucktards coming on here all fresh and smiley thinking they got this forum thang down to a fine art. Ya ya, it's easier to destroy something than to build something. Same goes for haters - easier to pick on someone than it is be compassionate and grateful.

Reza's a good buddy of mine and of all the people who were once on here, he's probably the least likely to find a reason to get agro with - other than pure jealousy at the fact he's damn good at recording, jams 24/7, has done some great demos for Bogner, and gigs with a local band in LA. And does sound engineering for a job. And has an arsenal of exceptional amps rotating through his play space. And effects.

Ya, I can see why he'd be considered a threat to many of you ballsacks here

it has gone to shit because of all the whiney bitches....that's why. lots of good solid people here that far outweigh the others. it's the others that are more vocal about shit not going there way...e.g. emailing the owners and threatening and complaining. as far as reza goes, came off as a condescending prick most of the time.....as far as p.m.'s and on the phone....genuine solid dude that would go out of his way to be helpful.
