This is a Vintage Summer of Love guitar. Ever since I saw it months ago I had major gas for it. I'm not a big Hendrix fan or a child of the 60's but it's so out there looking.

The only work I had to do on it was condition he fretboard. It plays and sounds wonderful. I'm loving the sound of single coils more and more.

The best feature is the push pull on the tone knob that activates a hum-canceling feature of the guitar. So even if I use high gain, it's quiet.

I'm digging this one... A lot!

Body: Alder
Neck: Hard Maple, Bolt-On
Fingerboard: 7 1/2" Rosewood
Frets: 21

Deluxe WJ55D EZ-Lok™
Vibrato: Wilkinson® WVCD

Pickups: Wilkinson® single coil x 3 aged ivory (N) WVS (M) WVSM rw/rp(B) WHCC (Back tone push/push hum-cancelling extra coil)
Controls: 1 Volume, 2 Tone, 5-Way Selector

Summer of Love Customised Relic Finish

Band of Gypsies, Hendrix in the West and Electric Ladyland should change all that not into Hendrix problem!

It's cool. I would have left the pickguard unadorned, but I like it overall. Wilkinson pickups are great. So the next step is running it through a cranked plexi with a Univibe.
