Nothing to see here, Trump assassin edition

Lone assassin watched by SS for minutes preceding the attempt, then shot after he fired and missed. ?

Getting pretty tough to imagine ineptitude.
true; could be as simple as thinking someone else is covering that roof; or seeing someone with a rifle on the roof as being part of another law enforcement team. Afterall, it was a failure of multiple agencies to coordinate, share, and communicate that allowed 9/11 - unless it was allowed too.

just visit a local government office to see incompetence, ineptitude and entitled attitudes; Secret Service, FBI, etc., are all government agencies not exactly attracting the best or brightest.

“Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence or stupidity" and the new corollary, "unless it is government agencies and Trump"

Louis Rossmann's youtube channel does a good job showcasing some of this crap in the New York City government. It's crazy the stuff he's had to deal with.

I've seen a few of his vids

The USSS story is the counter snipers couldn't see the shooter moving along the roof from his vantage point yet someone on the ground behind Trump could see him......not to mention the counter snipers that were supposed to be in the building with second floor windows where the snipers could easily see the shooter. Not to mention the lack of OVERWATCH on the Water Tower..........................

Well now, I guess the USSS story is now moot..............:scared:

I thought the SS director DEI Himmler said something about slanted roof safety concerns? :D

Then the roof was too hot, all bullshit spin.

I think that is accurate.
I dunno. I don’t even think the underlying problem is intelligence but rather certain psychological profiles or limitations, as much as I hate to suggest it. It’s this seeming pathological inability to lose and willingness to justify anything and everything in order to win. Even if everyone loses in the process, like starting a nuclear war for example. To me it speaks to a fundamental insecurity that leads to hyper aggressiveness and cognitive distortion.

Oh boy. When I said this the very night it happened, nearly in real time, almost everyone accused me of being a conspiracy theorist and bringing up Hanlon's razor, blah, blah, blah.

Like I said, it is almost impossible for that much ineptitude to manifest itself in one place at one time naturally.
