I got this actually a few months ago, but haven’t gotten to properly test it out until now and it’s very impressive. I’ve got both the Furman PQ3 and TC Electronic 1140 Rack PQ’s, which have been great and sent many boost pedals packing and this 4100 is every bit as good now that I’ve compared it with those 2. Of the 3, the 4100 is the least noisy, can get the most liquidy lead tones, and can get the tightest. It also has more flexibility than the other 2 because you can choose to disengage any one of the 4 bands when needed and each one also has a 10x switch to access higher frequencies.

The PQ3 though still has these juicy mids, warmth and is more upfront and organic sounding, so it’s still not going anywhere, but it’s the smoothest sounding of the 3, which I don’t like. The 1140 also has its own character. It has a raw grittiness to it and also I think just a little more organic sounding. I can’t choose a favorite between the 3, but I’m not sure if the 4100 would’ve sent as many pedals packing just because it doesn’t sound or feel as similar to them. Shout out to Racerxrated for telling me about this unit. I think the shred and lead guys here would especially like this one
