I got one of these here for my birthday.

I have relatively little knowledge about it except that there aren't many in the wild and he doesn't make em anymore 🤷

We'll see how it goes!

Those knobs are super cool. Dont see something like that often.

Interested to see how it sounds. Maybe do a comparison against a well known baseline like an SD-1?

I have a couple TCPre and 808 clones. I have the lightspeed circuit as well with the pedal wayne made me

I'm not much of an SD1 guy, though

Happy Birthday Dan! 🎂 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Don't know what that pedal is but looks cool! :ROFLMAO:
Agree on the knobs, can't quite place it but like an old cb radio or something.

I even tuned down to drop doofus for everyone 🥺 👉👈

No for real though it's a really interesting pedal, especially the fx loop tone shaping stuff
A) it's purple B) it has many toggle switches C) it's not pedalboard friendly so D) I can tell just by looking it's awesome.

I love toggle switches. They light up my life.

And oh yeah since it was your birthday:

I prefer things that sound good to things that are convenient :dunno:

if its big, purple, has tons of switches, and you need four cables to hook it up, that just means there's a shit ton of utility to get out of it

I dunno, to me that IS convenient. I hate the pedalboard friendly crap. Looks like it would sit on top of a Twin real nice. The paint scheme and lettering contrast nicely=easy to read on darker stages. The knobs have space between them so I don't need to have child sized fingers to get in there to adjust stuff. Thing looks amazing.

here's the guitar soloed in that clip

tbh it sounds really crisp, i was stoked on how much USEFUL tone shaping there was on tap

It sounds crisp! Tight with good clarity and note/string definition. The chord you hit at like 29 seconds was a nice display of that I thought. Def look forward to hearing more. Is this going to be your main gigging boots now? If so, replacing what?
