Hey guys, I gave my brother my EHX Pitchfork as a birthday present, so have been on the lookout for a new octave pedal to replace it. I was looking at the TC Sub n Up, but then like 10 videos have come out over the past week about this new MXR pedal, which looks pretty rad. Anyone played the TC or this thing yet? Preferences? All I know is the Boss ones don't float my boat, but aside from that, open to ideas! Cheers

I'd get another Pitchfork tbh. I love that pedal! I need to get the momentary/latch switch fixed on mine though :(

I bought my brother a Pitchfork Plus for Christmas and have been looking for one myself. The MXR IS SICK! I'm ordering one!

Nice, please post a review whenever you get it :)

Anybody else played one of these? Seems like a pretty awesome deal, basically 4 pedals in 1, fuzz, phase, rotary, and octaver. It's double the price of the TC but I'm liking most of the clips I've seen so far!

Old Mutron, what Wolf Hoffman used back in the day, but HUGE money.

There is many octave stomps from different brands. Main difference what lower voice is. Pitch shifted - like Whammy. Or synth - like Boss OC-2. Synthy octavers can sound glitchy but it also a part of its sonic texture
