Absolutely killer OG Friedman SS-100 V1. All original, no mods. Some wear on the handle, but otherwise this amp is in great shape. It has been lovingly used, but not abused. Loaded with the incredible out-of-production TAD EL-34BSTR tubes, which work great with this amp's chunky plexi sound. Preamp tubes are original ARS 12AX7A's that Dave was using for most of the 2010's in V1 and V2. V3 has been replaced with a Mesa 12AX7 STR. The gain channels are thick, chunky, and fat with tons of sustain and harmonic content, but as with all of Dave's amps, it cleans up incredibly with your guitar's volume knob. Secret weapon on this amp is the clean channel, which is a big, bouncy, scooped Fender Blackface-style clean. Great for effects (nothing takes pedals like a Friedman) or to stack overdrives for those Mayer/SRV/Hendrix tones. Comes with two button footswitch.

Yeah... it's a tough one to let go. I really, really like this amp but there is some overlap between this, my JEL-100, the Jubilee, the Naked, and the Diezel and I have the itch to try something new. Would love to get a Sig-X or another Helios Eclipse. I also wanna try the new Recto reissue.

This is a great amp. Whoever buys it will absolutely love it.
