Czech RFT. I had an 81' 2203 had the same. Thats where Marshall was getting them in 1981.
Within a few years of 1981 all the EL-34's on the planet were almost completely dried up.

That tube in the topic is from RFT Neu Haus in Germany. There is a Tesla that looks similar but has a different sound and construction that was built in the 50s and 60s.

Some of the equipment used to make those Teslas are currently making 300Bs and KT88s for EAT tubes. That equipment is about a hundred years old and still making tubes.

Plates are small. Looks like 6201's or 12AT7's..

The big notchy star plates look like some RFT's that I have.
