I was sick in bed with a throat infection that day. Had my tonsils out a couple years later and all that stopped.

BTW, getting your tonsils out as a teen is NO FUN.

Not sure which event you're referring to, I was only around for the OJ trial. I have heard that having your tonsils removed can improve your quality of life.
