Nice playing, If your still undeceided about a cab but like the 2x12 try finding a Front Load one. I've only played a Einstein and a Herbert but I like a FL 2x12 or any solid 4x12 (front or rear load) that matches your style of playing. I think Diezel's sound better with a front load cab IMO (at least OD/distort tones do, ) 
. I've also used a 1x12 FL with a Delta Pro A (similar to EVM-12L) and the tone was very very similar to a 2x12 FL with the same speakers. Thats my grab and go cab. A FL cab or any good 4x12 will tighten up that sheep tone.
Cabs I've tried on both amps:
4x12 Mesa Recto RL (the oversized one) w/V30's
2x12 FL Diezel and the same cab but RL w/G12-65's
1x12 FL w/Emenice Delta Pro A
. I've also used a 1x12 FL with a Delta Pro A (similar to EVM-12L) and the tone was very very similar to a 2x12 FL with the same speakers. Thats my grab and go cab. A FL cab or any good 4x12 will tighten up that sheep tone. Cabs I've tried on both amps:
