This is beautiful. There's not a lot of snow yet, but it's currently falling fairly decent, and we're supposed to get upwards of 7", but we'll see. I saw a lot more snow in Maine last winter, but this is pretty good for Tennessee.

I was looking at moving there. I guess I'll have to look more south. Fucking hate snow. Absolutely useless shit.
 
I'm up on the Cumberland Plateau, so it's a higher elevation compared to Chattanooga (where I'm from), also it's further north so that helps. Chattanooga is one of the southern most cities in Tennessee and rarely gets much snow.
 
500k for three acres of land down there. JHFC. I can't wait for the RE market to crash.
