Has anyone seen this? These Synergy's sure are intriguing. Like the Randall's before it, they sure make sense. Want a change? Buy a new module!

His Soldano & Dirty Shirley tones are pretty sweet. Of course, his effects add a nice touch..

There's a newer one from Fredrik as well.. Much longer, as he goes through all his guitars first....

I´m interested to hear more opinions on Synergy from guys that own and use them live.
Have been checking clips on Youtube of Synergy module vs the real amp and was pretty impressed how close it was.

They have a high cost of entry with the heads, or the syn1 or syn2 module loaders, and they haven’t yet released any modules I’d be willing to drop that kind of coin on, but I do really like the concept. I liked the Randall MTS concept too (and the whole modded module scene) but it was at its peak when I was in college and had no money, and all I could afford was a pod bean.

When the Fryette Ultralead module comes out I might be tempted to get it, and a Syn1 though. I have plenty of power amps I can use.

I love Synergy products. The SLO and BB/BE modules sound very good. Looking forward to the Bogner modules that came out and also the Fryette modules that are coming in a couple of months.

My buddy has a fleet of high level amps in his studio and he has fallen into synergy hard, really loves the tones. Makes me GAS, especially that Vai module. I hope to visit his place to try them first, but that requires flying, so there's that....

The Synergy preamps seem like a nice step up from the previous Egnator/Randall stuff because of how the Synergy stuff works the V1 stage. But I wish they put more effort into the power amps to have things like switching negative feedback.

He says it’s different synergy rigs but he’s changing channels on an Ax8 . What gives ?

I'm thinking of an SYN1 and either and SLO or the UBER. My only amp is down at the moment....and I've been trying hella amp software from STL Tonehub to the Neural stuff. Just not sure it's good enough. The Nueral Nolly was my fav and am still on a trial, so kinda fun to play. I had the Neural Omega too and was A/B/C'ng all three.

I'm really stoked on exploring the Synergy modules! It's true that cost of entry is a bit high, but I was able to pick up a SYN-1 and SLO module used which helped a lot. That's the beauty of it actually - as the modules become more popular it's gonna become this massive buy/sell/trade scene that will make it easy to hone in on the tones you like.

I am also skeptical of the SYN-5050. I went for broke (literally) and have a Fryette Classic inbound (shhhh)

Yeah...look up JP's video using the SLO Synergy through the VHT power amp....sounds frickin massive!

I heard SYN 50-50 poweramp with EL34's beside my Masotti Slave 100 poweramp and there was undisputable difference in sound. SYN sound so tiny in comparison. But also Slave 100 is one of massive sounding poweramps, even Fryette 50/50 doesn't sound near as good.
I was very impressed with SLO and Morgan AC module.

The Syn5050 is bad ass actually, I sold like four old power amps after I got it LOL. Fryette knows how to design a rack power amp. A few folks on the net panned them but I am glad I made up my own mind on it.

Like any power amp it’s more suited to some things than others and your cab is more than 50% of your tone anyway... Have no problems getting a ton of thumpage with G12T100s. I tend to go for biting kind of distortion and don’t down tune more than a full step often. The synergy stuff is modular done right.
