Gonma trythem with my Einstein and see if like them. The engl is a match made in heaven with the port city and the tone tubby speakers so it dethroned the einsten

Einy has a usa diesel 2x12 that that I will load the speakers into.

Any opinions? You like em hate em?

I've got a couple mixed with Celestion V30's in my 4x12. I was running all Veterans, but I started to miss the bite of the Celestions. The Veterans are "softer," less mid spike, and a rounder top end. They're a more relaxed V30. Hope this helps.

I run the Vet30/ET65 combo in a Bogner 2x12 and its a stellar combo, I recommend WGS to everyone! Will be buying more soon, have not tried 2 Vet 30s, guess it depends on what kind of music you are playing, I am really finding that I like a mix in a 2x12. Just my .02, hope that helps.

While they might come off as smoother sounding than V30's, they won't fatigue your ear like V30's will.

Hehe wow dude werent we talking about those a few months ago..

Dude if you get them, p.m. me I 'd like to to try them out against my wizard cab...

I got these speakers installed in a diesel usa 2x12.

I front loaded them order to offset the lack of directness or punch people talk about without wgs.

The speakers sound great. V30 vibe with no hyped frequencies. No ear fatigue or harshness. A semi dark speaker though they can be as sharp or as bright as you light, just turn the amp knobs.

I will definitely be getting more wgs in the future, worth the cost of a celestion only they are half as expensive. Win win.

I have played through one Vet 30 in an Avatar closed back 112. Pretty nice speaker, though I still prefer a well broken in Vintage 30 for the bit it has.

if you want that vintage 30 bite, but don't wanna pay $100+ for a chinese celestion, try the WGS retro 30.

i'm running a pair of them with a pair of reaper HPs (higher powered H30 type speaker), and it covers A LOT of space.
