
Exactly what he said. When it comes to cheap PCs, you have to look at stuff like the RAM's actual speed, and what graphics device it has. Most cheap PCs use motherboards that do not have PCI-Express slots. I think the default RAM speed nowadays is 667 Mhz, so not that big of a deal now that I think about it.
