Yo Cats!

Aside from the Pedal Switcher offering 4 relay/buffered/MIDI controllable loops for stomps on a board, what other options are out there that are:
a) simple
b) excellent quality
c) not tone suckers
d) midi controllable

I've been reading some reviews on the Voodoo Labs PS and there are some pretty harsh testimonies as to poor construction, poor sound quality, intermittent operability, etc. I only have 10 pedals, but I'd prefer not to run them ALL in a chain. 3 of 'em are Eventides that will be divided up with the Pitch in the front of the chain, and the Time at the end, with the Mod somewhere in the middle. But between several OD's, 1 x Wah, a booster, and a killer reverb, I'd prefer to only have 'em in line when needed.

Peace Y'All - and thanks!

You would want to go w/ http://www.loop-master.com Brian will custom make whatever you want. You even get to choose the color of your LED's. Myself and MARSHALLMAN on this board have them and are extremely satisfied. Here it is on my pedalboard..

I built a few for some people and they're all good. You don't need vast electronics experience to build one. There's plenty of places to get the materials and all you really need is some time, paints and a solder pen. All good!

I remember I charged about double what the materials cost me to build them and they were happy as it was cheaper than these custom builders! Go figure!

Check out this link. Circuit diagrams, parts list and a really good and intuitive guide.

WOBO, allows simple programming of any combination of pedals/loops for each foot switch.

This is the 3rd time I've seen your rig and the 3rd time I start to see that Voodoo Labs and even CAE are not in the potential mix for me...

I'll get into this WOBO business, just wish the MIDI controller had an alphanumeric display rather than just numbers.

Peace,

It's not midi. It's all analog. ;)

I need something that can do MIDI. I'm getting hot under the collar, AGAIN :aww:

Just get a midi looper then.

It's a tough set up DBU... I've got a lot of analog stomps, and then 3 Eventides, and then a MIDI footswitch is needed to dole out commands to my Diezel, as well as the presets in the Eventides. Rather than chain everything together which is a bit too much in the tone-sucking department, I'd prefer to loop a few categories of FX in a true bypass or a super nicely buffered straight-thru with 3 or 4 loops. AND, I'd like it to be MIDI controllable in addition to stomp-able.

See where I'm going with this??

Peace,
V. :D
