With the right tubes I find tube rectifier mode can be equally enjoyable and not as far behind in tightness. The stock 5U4’s they come with just aren’t that great. I think rectifier tubes in general seem to get overlooked

Obviously it is a lot. Might take awhile to check them out. But I find the list a great way to become familiar with some of the range of what the amp can do.

Hard to not love a guy like Dan. When he passed I thought about all the years and laughs. I was talking with Steve K a lot before he passed. Dan often came up in the conversation.

I don't want to turn this into a other thread about this.

I kept a collect of things I felt was important I found interesting off the internet. This is just one of many. Always interested to see where I was at over the years.
