To me Bondi has not done what she was put in place to do.
So many opportunities to have people pay for what they've done over the last 5+ years. So much irrefutable evidence and so many witnesses ready to testify and Bondi's hit rate is zero.
This DOJ is no better than the previous and in fact worse as she has so much evidence. A missed opportunity for actual justice to be executed to prove to us citizens that the law does in fact get upheld no matter who you are. Of course we all know that's a complete lie and always has been.

It takes 2/3thrds majority in Congress to ratify the US Constitution and seeing how they cant even pass a budget or fund the Gov't not going to happen.

I don't really follow Candace but she had the shortest video to illustrate Ms. Bondi's statements which would seem to qualify as violating the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution within the United States of America. Free Speech usually means freedom of speech that one doesn't agree especially political speech or speech critical of government/governments action or actions. The founding fathers were very specific about how the constitution was worded. Pre-crime or thought crimes have been thoroughly warned about by a multitude of dystopian authors and futurists and this faux left right paradigm appears to be being used to flaunt the constitution.
Violent threats or threats that lead to violence or criminal acts under civil/criminal law penalties exist within the current legal frameworks already debated/litigated and then passed by Congress. The slippery slope is who is defining what hatespeech is and what it is not which seems to become amorphous and ambiguous by the entities trying to enact such policies regardless of political affiliation and once began never ends well for the populace.
For example currently the people of the United Kingdom and EU have hatespeech laws how's that working out for them?

The Constitution is a moving mythical target, I say this as people quote it, ignore it, lean on it, denounce it and so on.
The Supreme court many times over certainly doesn't administer what it calls impartial justice aligned with the Constitution.
Whenever I hear it spoken about I simply laugh to myself as some jackass is once again exploiting it in some way or another to suit their needs.
As they say, it ain't worth the paper it's printed on in the modern world.

Many Constitutional Experts have stated the USA has been Post Constitutional for many years possibly decades now and the Supreme Courts and Congressional actions seems to back this up.
