Well it’s relatively unclear exactly what that means. Plus the MSM is saying that their leaders and Rubio came away from the meeting thinking different things happened. Interesting how the little MSM coverage there is on this has not made the claim that Panama capitulated in any way. They mainly focused on the “outrage” of Panamanian citizens. Which really only manages to make more Americans say “ fuck them”.
