MURDERATOR
Spoke to a lady at my son's ball game last night whose father was one. He said the most horrible thing was hearing the tapping everyday. I asked her what he meant by tapping and she said for quite awhile you could hear the tapping of the men trapped in the wreckage trying to signal for rescue. And nobody could get to them. She said that was what always choked her father up more than anything. Fuck.....the horror of that, just try to imagine.....not sure if she was bullshitting me or not but it definitely gave me goosebumps....

Yes. They were tapping. Some in Morse Code. If you watch any of the documentaries, you start to realize that the attack was preventable. At least on some scale, and thousands of lives could have been saved. The worst is listening to the survivors talk about trying to pull shipmates out of the wreckage and having arm skin come off from the burns. :aww:
They were truly heros from a time when men loved their country and did anything, at any cost to defend it. Securing freedom for the ungrateful pansy asses of today. :gay:
