My first rig ! Like an idiot, I ran additional EQ in between those units for even more mid scoop. Thanks for the memories

Awesome! I’ve owned the RockMaster + 50/50 & 120/120 many times. Always killer.

This is my second Rockmaster and second Classic 60, but have not owned the 50/50 or 120/120. Might have to grab a 50/50 one day just for shits n' tits.

Thanks for the comment JE!

Lord, that crunch could cut through a herd of elephants.

Never did manage to snag one of these, but always wanted one. This isn't helping the long-term gas.

Fantastic tone.

Thanks for the listen and the comment sotoprince!

Had a rockmaster and 50/50 long time ago. GREAT sounding rig, but hated that the loud pop when switching channels on the thing.

Yeah man, that tone sounds killer. I’ve had Rockmasters in the past. Three at one time actually. I should have kept one.

For that type music it sounds as good as these 2-3k amps being made.

Thanks bubba! Maybe you can grab another RM at some point.

Second rig
Rockmaster and 120/120

Massive tone
Stereo 120/120 was such an underrated power amp. Was my main power amp for awhile until I kept downsizing as that thing is beastly heavy. When I finally left the world of preamps/poweramps and went back to heads, starting with the 5150 back in the early 90's, I pulled the Sylvania 6L6's out the 120/120 before I sold it. So with my original block letter 5150 I had quite a few years of heavy use with the original power tubes that amp was built around.
