I have heard people modding these with decent results but, stock...it's not an amp that I found very inspiring or good sounding. Very boxy and nasally. Obviously a one trick pony type deal. I don't think I'd pay $250 for one honestly.

Get a Joyo Zombie. Boosted they kill. I bought a Windsor with a matching 4x12 years back for $250. Wasn’t worth it. Dan had one that Jerry modded and it was killer tho.

There are a whole lot of better things you could do with ?250. I scored on for half that back in the day, and practically gave it away just to have it out of my site. YMMV, but I doubt it.

Plus, the cheapest, shittiest construction ever. The chassis was super thin metal. Everything was the cheapest quality garbage.
