Peavey Wolfgang gurus. Question about pickups and truss rod

So I bought this incredibly clean Wolfgang special. I just love the color but i have some questions.

First off the truss rod seems to be out of adjustment. I need to to a fret level and crown but I can't get the neck straight. I'm out of adjustment on the wheel. Can I simply add a small washer to the truss rod?? The threads are in good shape and nothing is stripped

Secondly, is this a factory pickup? I think I recall on my old wolfgangs there was an N1 B2 or something like that

I really wanna keep this thing and I'm pretty good at setting them up. I've just never ran across a guitar to where the truss rid ran out of room for adjustment

That does not look like the factory pickups which were in my purple wolfy. I think someone switched them out IMO.

As far as the neck is concerned, wolfy necks are all natural. Depending on how much birdseye the neck has, I'd put a little tension on the neck and start absolutely soaking it in 100% tung oil (obviously not the stuff at lowes made for decks which contain sealers). This will allow the neck to become more malleable. You'd be surprised at how much a wolfgang neck will soak up pure tung oil.

Front pickup matches the back and both have the grey wires. I believe that is accurate for wolfgangs. I checked the volume pot and it looks to be original...I think

I'm thinking another small washer will give me a tad more adjustment on the neck. I'll try that before I send the guitar back. I really wanna keep this thing

The B1 and N2 are the custom wound dimarzios in the EBMM axis guitars not the PV wolf
the ones in your pic are the stock PV wolfgang pu's
If you are still not convinced take a reading on them the bridge one will be 14K and the neck one will be 17K.

Yeah that's right. I have both and couldn't remember

I fixed the truss rod by adding a couple small washerson the threaded rod. Got the neck straight then did a level and dress. All is good now
