Hey, Dave!
I was just wondering what your favorite power supplies for pedal boards are? Do you have a preference? I remember seeing the G-Lab stuff a lot (kind of hard to find for some reason, unless I'm just looking in the wrong places
), and lately, been seeing the Voodoo Lab stuff on your builds too.
The reason I ask is because I'm planning on putting a pedal board together for my father for Christmas, so I was looking for the right one. He's got about 7-9 9 volt boss style pedals, (mainly overdrive style pedals, and a Keeley modded vox wah with a 9 volt jack) and a Line 6 M9.
I'm not exactly sure how to power that M9 either besides the included adapter. I know some plug the whole stock adapter into power supplies that have that option, although I was intrigued at the way Pete Thorn's older setup was with an M9, as I didn't see the included Line 6 adapter under the board, which I feel would make for a cleaner board underneath and would prefer. Do you have any suggestions for power supplies, and what to do about that M9?
Thanks in advance!
Mike.
