Pedal Snake , and rig questions.....

I'm getting closer to playing out with the new band and the deadline for completing my rig is getting very close...
I think I'm going to have 2 different rigs ... 1 stereo, 1 mono for smaller shows. I really want to keep it clean and I'm wondering if anyone has used the pedal snake system? Does it color the sound at all?

I think my rig will be the following

Guitar --> Wah--> SD1-->ISP Decimator--> AMP

In the Fx loop will be the Tc Electronics G force being controlled by the Behringer fcb1010 which I'm going to have to setup to switch the solo boost and clean/gain channel on my ccv with its built in relays. Does anyone know if i can display the tuner function of the gforce on the fcb1010 ?

Pretty simple setup i think? :confused: :D , Im not sure if Im going to need the custom mini mix setup that John Suhr was going to make me for my gmajor/ccv setup...I think the gforce is going to be way more transparent... what do you think ? ...i guess i'll find out soon!

I think there is a chip you can get for the FCB that allows it to go into stompbox mode and also shows tuner information, but I'm not 100% sure on this....I think the chip is referred to as the "UNO" chip, which stands for Unofficial IIRC

Yea... it'd be Power for the pedals, guitar line, and a midi for the fcb ... I plan on having Jerry P mod my fcb with the phantom power mod so that it can be powered through the midi connection. I think it would make it easier still... i guess no that much easier....Have you used it ? does it suck tone ?

I use them in some of my rigs and they work great...no tone suck to my ears.
