I went to order and the site is down. Fek. I will try again in a few. The clips sound great.

Pete, did you mic a cab in your closet or did the Faustine Phantom get some use on this disc?

both actually- I generally attenuate between -6 and -10, and then mic the cab in the closet. I didn't use speaker sim of the Faustine though. It wasn't even actually available for most of the tracking anyway (I've been recording this record for a long time, on and off)... Some of the record is a G12H30 heritage, most is a Scum M75. All in the same Bogner 1-12" I used the Axe FX here and there, too... and on "Promise" it's 2 cabs blended- a Scum alnico in a Scum cab, with a Badger 30, and the M75 in the Bogner, powered by my fender Bassman head. i think that's it for speakers... cabs were mic'd with a 57, a Heil Pr30 or PR20, and a 421 here and there... through API's and a few parts through a UA 610 pre. That blue Suhr in your avatar is bitchin...

Met Steve Vai in the airport today, crazy coincidence since I'm doing my listening party on his new site, guitartv.com, Friday at 7 pm pst. Anyways, cool to meet steve after all these years, been listening to him and learning from him since Flex-able!
