I much prefer that 'face-grille' over the die-cut metal "Angelfish-D's" that br00talize the current amps. From my experience, it limits the versatility aesthetically that the amps really have, especially to those unfamiliar with them. While i respect the fact that the core of Diezels grow from heavy music, I personally am not a devotee to metal, nor are a lot of my friends, and I can't tell you how many of them have approached the amp with trepidation due to their devotion to vintage voiced, single channeled amplifiers. It's a shame, really, but we all know who gets the last laugh
