Pink Taco at Low Volume?

I have read some reviews saying the PT-20 does not really do low volume well like other Friedman amps. I am considering either a Pink Taco or a Smallbox for live use though I cannot get super loud. I also want to be able to do late night jamming at home without waking up the family. Do any of you Taco owners have trouble getting good tone at lower volume levels?

Mine sounds fantastic at low levels!
Thanks, that is great to hear. I have been starting to lean more towards a Pink Taco than the Smallbox. My church recently merged with another church and with that came a new building. The stage is actually a little smaller. We are still miking my amp and sending it through the PA, but my amp is now in a recessed area off to the side of the stage. I am now using in-ear monitors at least in one ear. My current Marshall half stack setup is taking up too much room and can't get pushed properly. The drummer is in an enclosure also. The band is pretty loud in the house monitors though the stage volume is not as loud as before. The PT-20 might be my best fit for this new situation. The church has doubled in size and continues to grow. I am now playing a Saturday night service and three Sunday services the two or three weeks a month I am on the schedule. I am kind of waiting to see if there will be a new Taco revision coming out soon before I pull the trigger.

I can't speak to the Taco but the master volumes on the Smallbox are extremely good and can go down to whisper quiet without a lot of fussing and crackling unlike some amps. I play at home at pretty low volumes all the time and it sounds fantastic - suspect the PT20 is similarly great.
