We are VERY pleased to announce the release of the Rig-Talk - Plank Cranker boost/OD pedal!
This pedal comes as a collaborative design from Chris Snider, Bob Savage and pedal guru Joel Weaver of Homebrew Electronics. Add to this the graphical expertise of Neil Kennedy and we believe we have a winner!
The primary purpose that brought about this pedal was because Chris and I wanted to come up with a way to obtain sufficient donations to pay for the forums hosting fees, but at the same time leave our members with something that doesn’t make them feel as if they’re just throwing their money into cyberspace. Not only do we believe we have accomplished this goal, we also believe we have provided an item that is unique, aesthetically pleasing and that sounds SUPERB!

Pedal rendering (please note there may be slight variances in color from this rendering in the final product
Donation details:
Minimum donation to receive a Plank Cranker: $120 plus shipping. Members can contribute more if they would like, but $120 is the minimum amount required in order to receive a Plank Cranker.
Standard donations: Just because you cannot afford the amount required to buy a pedal, you are not precluded from contributing to the fees required to host these forums.
Shipping costs: $10 domestic and Canada and $20 outside of the U.S.
Orders are now being taken for the Rig-Talk Plank Cranker pedal!
We expect the first shipment of pedals to go out in early March and possibly even by March 1st.
Please send payment using Paypal to @@@@@@@@ ( http://www.paypal.com ), and use “Plank Cranker” as the item description unless making a standard donation only in which case we ask that you use “standard donation” as the item description.

Alright peeps, Chris and I have been rolling this around in our heads, discussed it and have made a decision. The Plank Cranker is going to be a limited release pedal. We don't know whether the order will be for 20 pedals or 30 pedals yet because we're going to base it on how many sell. We need to let Joel know how many to produce early this week and as it stands we have only enough orders to do a 20 pedal run if we plan on having the cash available for the hosting fees (which is of course, the whole reason for this). Unless we get a flood of new orders this is going to be a VERY limited release (20 pcs.).
We have NO PLANS to do any additional runs at this time so if you want a Rig-Talk Plank Cranker my suggestion would be to GET ONE NOW!
