Nice for sure, definetly different than last years model.. A Lot more gain on the high gain ch..Clean ch sounds somewhat similar to recent shiva's, maybe a little more breakup in it...I think youll hear this amp on a lot of recordings in the years ahead.

and... I think we were hoping for a little better description of how it sounds.

Ive got some hours on the 20th anniv. now so i can tell you all its a keeper!..
Ch 1-crystal clear chimey, hit the boost pedal and it adds a plexi-ish push to it( w/ the tone controls still intact- unlike previous shivas, which the boost takes the tones controls out)

Ch 2- more gain,w/ an excursion control-"depth"..& bright switch...w/tones @ noon, gain at 2 oclock-great rock tones- the kt88's make this whole amp a little thicker sounding than the 34's,,,my master is on noon or 1....and its loud!..a good loud though..
boost switch adds gain too, and theres a more gain switch to get into metal tones....Ive only had a chance to put a strat and tele thu it yet..

the new Shiva kicks ass. Ive got a couple of all black ones coming in. I might be keeping one for myself.

Hey Rob,
Are you going to be doing any clips of the Shiva? I would love to hear how heavy it can get. Im interested as you know. I just want to know what gain catagory it will go into.
Thx Paul
