Hadn't really given this amp any attention for a while, as I'd recently picked up a couple new toys, had a couple amps retubed, etc...

Holy shit. Sometimes you discover something all over again and it's just as awesome as the first time playing it. I love the Deliverance, maybe more than the Pittbull. While they have the same general tone/voicing, I just love that the Deliverance has just a little more sag and forgiveness. I dig dry amps, amps that make you focus on digging in harder and playing cleaner, god knows I need to focus on that, but there is something fun about playing amps that have a little give the them that still respond to your playing.

Also, the clarity in these amps, even with an unclear pickup like the Gibson 498t that I played in the video is astounding.

Sounds like fun.

Deliverance is perfect at what it does. Easy one of my favorite amps.

Nice playing and thanks for posting! Just curious...did you have the bass dialed back? I've never tried a Deliverance, but all the reviews say it's like a bulldoser - which I read as large chunk component.

Also curious where you have your gain knobs and MV set in the clip? Cheers!

Best bang for the buck amp out there, used usually less than 1K.

Thanks man. The master volume doesn't have much sweep. It's literally off from 0-2, you hit 3 and it gets loud from there on, not a great amp for the house, or maybe my MV pot is goofy.

I had the amp boosted out front, with both gains set to 6. The amp has a shitload of low end in the room and it punches very well on the palm mutes. Really hard to capture this on an in the room recording, but the speakers were pushing some air for sure.

The D60 is an AWESOME amp! I only let mine go because side by side the MCII did what the D60 did but better for my taste at the time.
