I use Bias for all of my amplifier work. I don't even own an amp anymore. Bias is amazing! It sounds great to me, and I'm not even using monitors. Once I pick up a nice pair of monitors, I'm sure I'll be content with my sound.

I've got an Ubershall and a Mark IIC+ profile that both sound incredibly accurate.

I love Bias! Can't wait to start playing with BiasFX desktop shortly as well! The IOS version I have is working great at this point.

I just got the Bias Amp and Bias Fx for my iPad. I'm using it with GarageBand but it has terrible feedback and squeals constantly. Any help?

I'm just running the jcm 800 model with a tube screamer...

You have microphonic tubes - time for a tube change

I have bias desktop. Hated it at first. Had this annoying fucking hum. I found what frequency it was in GB and knocked it out with EQ and now I'm loving Bias. I use external plugins for reverb and delay and all that. Fuckers can't just have one package with everything. Hate being nickeled and dimed. Just charge me $300 (ONCE) and give me everything.

It's fun naming your amps too.

Hey IceMan - I see you're from Winsted, MN.

Ever heard of a band called "Leather Rose"?

hmmmm......sounds familiar, but not sure if I've seen them live. They a rock band or more country/blues?

Rock. Back in the late 80s - early 90s.

Eric Markham (RIP) - guitar
Shane Roberts - drums

I know it's a small town so thought I'd ask. Our band and theirs used to play clubs together back then.

Our singer, when doing introductions/hello to the audience, would call the town "Wasted" instead of "Winsted". :D

Oh, I'm not originally from Winsted - we moved here back in '09. I grew up in southwest MN (Jackson) and lived in the Twin Cities from '00 till '09. Moved out here for the quiet life........... :lame:

Did you guys ever play any places in southern MN, like the Fox Lake Ballroom???? We used to go there all the time to see bands like Slave Raider and other bands from the cities who would venture out to the "sheds".

Not southern MN.

Yeah I remember Slave Raider. "Chainsaw Kane" or whatever his name was. Got to hang out with a couple of them at practice (we had a rented practice room near theirs in the warehouse district of Mpls). They were one of the big bands from MN but unfortunately they became a hot commodity a little too late (when grunge was climbing to the top of the charts).
