Pot value in Jake E. Lee's original white strat

Does anyone know if it was a 250k or 500k pot in his original white "Charvel" strat? Dimarzio recommends 250k with their SDS-1 pickups. I wonder if that is what was used? Working on my JEL build and it is a bright guitar with a 500k pot.
