Power Conditioner and Guitar Pedals?

This may seem like a dumb question but here it goes:

I have a rack of 3 things needing IEC power connectors which is fine and 2 things that need 9V Guitar Effect Pedal Power Supplys.

I want to buy a Furman power conditioner for my rack but how do I get the 2x9v powered items into the power conditioner?

I'd like to have all 5 into the power conditioner, is there a cable that does this?
