Power Conditioner for my rig?

Been thinking about getting a power conditioner for my rig. I'm getting a bit of hum, and shocks from my guitar lately. Must be a bad ground somewhere, but I can't seem to fix it. Now that I've got a guitar rig together again, I plan on playing live and possibly touring, so I figure now's the time to get a Power Conditioner/power strip to power all of my pedals/amps, and keep things regulated and safe.

Maybe I'll go with a 4 space rack. Power Conditioner, and a 2 U rack drawer to hold cables and shit. Maybe a rack mounted noise gate if nessisary. ISP most likely, if I can afford it. Suggestions, please!

I'm currently using the Furman P-1800 PF. I use it in the studio for rehearsals as well as on gigs. The unit I have is not rack mounted but I believe Furman makes a rack mounted version.

I have this +1

Most "power conditioners" are nothing more than a rackmount powerstrip, unless they regulate or supply voltage.
