Power conditioner/voltage regulation

New guy to owning multiple amps. Do the experts run both power conditioners AND voltage regulators? I have a nice Furman voltage regulator that also does power conditioning (Furman P1800 AR). Is it also advisable to get something like the PF-R which is primarily a conditioner? Should I have the PF-R as well or perhaps instead of? Not wanting to go cheap optimizing gear but trying to figure out what is needed and what isn’t.
 
I use both. Really no need for the PF-R. If you are looking for another to add then thats different, but I wouldnt purchase it thinking its really gonna help much more than the AR.
 
I’ve never needed any filtering or regulation at any gig in the last few decades. Maybe I’m lucky…
