Power-Trippin' Mods on Reddit

The ol' power paradox. Those who want it shouldn't have it, and those who don't should.

As we know, because of our entire history as a species..."power corrupts"

How many times do you see people you have known for decades and they secure a position of power, so to speak, and their entire demeanor changes and not for the better.

Nobody is immune to it.

It corrupts, true.
"How many times"? Very many... but not always.

There's a minority of peeps who take responsibilities of power extremely-seriously.

Same goes for money. Look at Asmongold (the guy in the video). Dude grew up on food stamps and extreme poverty, is worth at least 12m and yet lives in a t-shirt and tracksuit pants on junk food in the same dilapidated house. His philosophy is that once you have enough to pay for your expenses and a roof over your head, nothing else should change.

I'm the same, so he has my 100% respect.
