Israel also released Palestinian prisoners so maybe this really is a good faith gesture by both sides and both sides are tired of the senseless killing........ The Israelis are leaving Gaza too in phases and establishing a buffer zone.....

It won't last 3 weeks. They don't know, or want anything different but war. We can be hopeful, but I'm guessing you can't change 1000s of years of a mindset through treaties.
Much like a certain group in the U.S. causing a majority of violent crimes, words on paper won't change it. It has to start with the mindset of the people.
