Price check on isle GJ2 Glendora?

Got this on a trade offer locally. Looking for a little help from those more in the know on these Grover Jackson's. It's all original.
I checked Reverb sold listing and they range from $950 - $1600 for a Glendora. Where would you value it? Is it $1500, $1000 or roughly ??

I'm actually not to keen on sunburst finishes, but enough to pose the question here I guess and curiosity for a Grover Jackson.

It’s hard to say. The prices have been all over the place on these even before this crazy market
